37 Weeks

Sorry I've been slacking....LOL  We are now at 37 weeks with lil miss Jenna Aubrey. She's growing like a weed. Went to the doctor this past thursday and ultrasound was weighing her in at 8lbs. 1 oz. GOODNESS!!! We go back friday for our 38 week check and maybe we'll have some good news!!!

Easter was this weekend which I was miserable. I'm ready for this little angel to make her appearance! We have her room ready, clothes washed (well most) and her bag is just about packed. Its time!

Little Feet

I am finally feeling little Miss Jenna Aubrey move. Sometimes I feel like she could be dancing. Saturday was the first time Matthew actually felt her moving. Now we just lay there with both hands on my stomach and feel the wonderful miracle. I finally know why women like to be pregnant. What a blessing to feel her little feet or hands fluttering around in there.

Well, Jenna had quite the Christmas already. She's pretty much already spoiled rotten. What will we do when she finally gets here. She already has quite the wardrobe but I'm trying to just buy bigger sizes. Its so hard not to shop for her! My favorite gift was a pair of zebra print rain/snow boots from Rylee (Matt's Goddaughter) PRECIOUS!!! We truly had one of the best Christmas's we could ask for.

Our next doctor appointment is this Friday for a check up. Our first baby shower is on February 12th with our family and friends in Chicago area. I can't wait to see everyone. Hopefully we can start our new years resolution and get baby Jenna a room organized. We'll keep you updated!

Jenna Aubrey Dossett

We finally decided on a name for our little peanut. Jenna Aubrey is perfect for her. We're now at 20 weeks & growing. She's now 12.2 oz. We had our growth and development ultrasound on Monday. We saw her lips and heart and everything little detail. All is well with her. We are truly blessed.
I finally got some time for Matthew and me to register at Target and Babies R Us. It was so sweet to see all that little baby stuff. We were originally gonna go with neutral colors but after Matt seeing all the cute pink stuff he fell in love. I can't wait to finally get started in her nursery. I've narrowed down like 5 different bedding's so now I just have to finally pick one.
Now that were half way there its time to start cleaning and planning. Here's the newest picture of our sweet baby girl.

IT'S A GIRL!!!

We were so excited to find out were having a baby girl!!! After me chugging alot of Sundrop to get her moving and a 30 minute ultrasound we finally got a decent enough picture. She's already very stubborn. I'm not sure who she gets that from. HAHA So, I'm trying not to buy a whole lot of clothes, but little girl items are hard to resist.

Now the hard part. What to name this little princess. We have 3 in mind and were trying to narrow it down. I'm going to try to attempt to register this weekend at Babies R Us and Target this weekend. Pretty sure I will buy some stuff..Can't help it! Now that Christmas is just around the corner I need to get started in her nursery. I can't wait!!!

Our next doctor appointment will be in 2 weeks. We'll be being getting our Growth and Development Ultrasound done. Wish us luck she cooperates so were not having to go back a bunch to see everything. Looks like another Sundrop will be in our future that day too!

Wise Spender

I'm trying to keep in mind that I will be having baby showers but everything is so darn cute!!!! My mom and me went to Fancy Finds this weekend. It was a consignment sale. I probably would've went crazy if I knew what I was having but I did buy a beautiful bassinet. Its so cute. Cream with green and yellow trim with a mobile. It was a great deal! So, I am stopping myself from buying anything else. Well, until we find out what were having!!! We'll maybe know next Wednesday! KEEP YOUR FINGERS CROSSED!!!!!!!!!!

Chinese Gender Chart

So, I've heard from people to try this Chinese Gender Chart. Has anyone heard of it? Its suppose to tell you if your having a baby boy or girl. I've done 4 tests on different websites. They've all came back girl!!! I guess we'll have to wait to see. November 17th can't seem to get here fast enough. It would be awesome for us to break this boy cycle going on in Fancy Farm!!!

BIG NEWS...

So I was looking at booking my trip to Mexico for Margaret's wedding when a little surprise happened. We found out were pregnant!!! Complete shock! We've been trying for 4 years now and it just happened. God has truly blessed us with the amazing gift. I can't begin to tell you how excited we've been. We found out Labor Day weekend, and told our family that next weekend after our first appointment. Everyone is so ecstatic. There is a huge baby boom in fancy farm right now. So far out of some of my friends there's a boy for every month till March. We will hopefully find out on our next appointment in November what were having. I can't wait to know what were having...Names are floating continuously around in our heads all the time. It'll hopefully be easier when we can narrow it down! I'm at 10 weeks now. I've been really, really sick up in till now. Its alot better than what it was. I go back to the doctor for a 15 week check up with ultrasound on November 17th. Hopefully I can update on more things before then!!!
